The PSI Research Group assessed the policy and regulatory implications of emerging sustainability technologies designed to control crown-of-thorns starfish (COTS) in the Great Barrier Reef. The project identified governance challenges, regulatory pathways, and research priorities to support the responsible development and potential deployment of these novel interventions.
